My most favorite herb not just for cooking but for all of it. I love the look, the feel, and especially the smell. I love that if I am in a blah or sad mood all I have to do is run my hand over the branches and smell – instantly transports me to childhood Christmas which was always a wonderful time for me. I didn’t realize Rosemary was so complex! It’s one of my favorite herbs
